- Bears CF Stan Davis ties teammate Juan Tokorres’s record for most RBI in a season with 108.

Congrats to this year’s playoff teams, and to the Bears for their Regular Season Championship! Best of luck to the Bears, Brothers, and White Sox as they vie for the Windsor Cup!
In two seasons as Regular Season Champs, the Stags were unable to finish the year with a Windsor Cup win. Does the break between the Regular Season and the Finals have some ill effect on the team who earns a bye, or were the Stags just not up to the task in ’28 and ’29? Will the Bears become the first Regular Season champs to lift the Cup, or will the Brothers or White Sox become the first team to win the cup for the second time?
The playoffs begin tomorrow with a rematch of last year’s SemiFinal Series, with the Brothers visiting Deerborn for game 1 to start the best of 5.
