The Delle Stars and the Deerborn White Sox are once again battling for the UA East pennant this year, while the Salvation Brothers and Northsouth Guardians are trying to catch the first-place Platte Bears in the UA West. The Railey Rivals had a strong start to the season, but have lost ground to the league’s two dominant teams, the White Sox and Stars.
The Lakers have led the NPL standings nearly all season so far, but the Spiders, Reapers, Metros, and Canaries are hot on their trail as the season enters its second half. Meanwhile, former Owls teammates Ambroise Forestier and Jorge Akil are squaring off as two of the top MVP candidates in the NPL so far this year.
