In addition to a solo homer in the All-Star Game, Deerborn’s Juan Tumaini shredded the competition this week in regulation games. He hit .562 with 2 home runs and 9 RBI on the way to his third career Player of the Week award, his first with the White Sox!

1932 UA All-Star Game:
The West broke the East’s three-year win streak with a 5-4 win! This year’s game took place at Trefellen field in Northsouth.
The East took a 4-0 lead after a home run from LF Juan Tumaini of the Deerborn White Sox and RBI base hits from C Luka Joubert and 3B Rygh Ogg, also from the White Sox.
Bears 1B Gabriel Martinezto tied the game with a big pinch-hit grand slam in the bottom of the 6th.
The game remained tied through regulation and went into extra innings for the second straight year! With their only remaining pitcher facing serious fatigue, the West won in the bottom of the 10th on a walk-off homer from hometown hero 3B Gavin Jones of the Northsouth Guardians!
Gabriel Martinezto was awarded the 1932 All-Star Game MVP for his clutch pinch-hit home run.
