- Injury-prone Guardians star OF Andy Thompson tears the meniscus in his right knee on Opening Day, and will miss most of, if not all of the 1932 for his new team. (6/6)
- Chargers SP Ed Austin is out for the season. The team announced today that the elbow injury Austin suffered on June 7 is a partially torn UCL. (6/10)
