  • Chargers 1B Eric Jackson 12-game hit streak ends, but includes 5 for 5 performance on 8/14 at Lia Kompos. (8/15)
  • Bears 3B Juan Tokorres goes deep twice against the Herders. He leads the UA with 34 HR. (8/15)
  • Stars 1B Yassine Joseph goes 3 for 3 with 3 HR and scores all 4 runs in 5-4 loss versus Rivals. (8/15)
  • The day after Yassine Joseph hit 3 HR, teammate Antonio Teakowa hits 3 HR against Railey in 6-5 win. Teakowa drove in all 6 runs for Delle, including a 3-run walk off HR in the 9th. (8/16)
  • Rivals SP Alfredo Hernankez will miss the rest of the year with a torn labrum in his shoulder. (8/16)
  • After leaving Tuesday’s game against Deerborn in the 1st inning with shoulder pain, Brothers SP Tom Vickers learns he will miss the rest of the year with a torn rotator cuff. He will be missed in the postseason for the Brothers. (8/18)
  • Bears SP Morgan Burnett goes 8 innings, gives up 2 hits and 1 earned run as Bears take opener from Trail Blazers in the battle for top wildcard spot. (8/18)
  • Owls RF Ambroise Forestier’s 16-game hit streak ends with 0 for 4 performance in 8-1 drilling by Stags. Forestier’s streak ties Brothers CF Andy Thompson and Stags LF Jose Lia Tinta for the league record. (8/19)
  • Power hitting continues for the Delle Stars. Antonio Teakowa and Yassine Joseph each hit 2 HR and combine for 7 RBIs as the Stars trounce the White Sox 10-1. It is Teakowa’s third straight game with a HR. Joseph hit .524 with 7 HR and 14 RBI this week to win Player of the Week. (8/19)
  • The playoff race continues to be tight. The Bears and Stars lead the pack, but eight teams are within 4 games of the wildcard spot with a month to go. (8/19)
